As the Treasurer of the Syndicate of co-ownership of the 3143-3145 Boul. De la Gare for the past 3 years, I am
confident our association would not be as strong financially without Ms. Cathy Boucher as our property manager.
Ms. Boucher is always identifying ways to for our co-owners to minimize our expenditures while remaining vigilant
about securing our interest and applying government regulations. She is very efficient and organized and as a
result, have improved our quality of life by reducing the structures we face as the board.
She has a natural gift in dealing with the variety of co-owners that require delicate attention. Her professionalism
and positive attitude does not go unnoticed. I consider her a natural at what she does and am grateful to have the
pleasure of working with her, and I know the rest of my board members feel the same as I do.
Her knowledge and communication skills are great and this sets her apart from many which call themselves her
competition. Our community is only as good as our manager and for that, I am once again very grateful to have
such a dedicated, hard working manager as Cathy Boucher.
